As a hospital, you collect a large amount of data on the quality of healthcare. This is primarily collected to provide accountability to external parties. However, this data can be used differently.
In fact, much of this information could be used to improve the hospital.
That is why we started the Quality based Governance program. The goal is simple: selecting the right quality parameters. This allows the Executive Board to provide quality-focused guidance and enables healthcare professionals to know where the opportunities for further improvements lie.
